Payment terms
Invoices should be paid within 30 days.
For self-funded individuals: Payment will be required in advance of the first coaching/supervision session. For follow-up sessions, payment is required within 30 days of the invoice.
Payment is by BACS - account details are detailed on the invoice

Cancellation/no-show policy
If you cancel or reschedule a session within 24 hours of the scheduled session time/date this will be invoiced at the full rate (or other timescale within a seperate agreement).

If you have commissioned a programme of coaching/supervision at a discounted 'package' rate, but decide for whatever reason not to complete the programme, the fees will revert to the full single-session rate, and therefore a programme cancellation charge will be due.
Late arrival
If you are running late for your session, you will need to reschedule if you wish to have the full allocated time or accept that your session will be shortened. The full fee for the session will be charged.
Recording of sessions
To support your ongoing reflection, you may request that all your sessions be recorded, and made accessible to you at the end of each session.

We may also ask to record a session for my training and development purposes only. If you agree, your anonymity will be preserved and before sharing any of your session recordings with a coaching mentor, supervisor or assessor, we will always ask your written consent to the restricted release of a particular session recording. If you would prefer that none of your sessions are recorded, just let your coach/supervisor know.

Raising a concern or complaint
We value the service our clients receive and we take complaints seriously. If you wish to raise a concern or complaint, our process is available here.
