What is professional supervision?
Supervision provides an external, objective and confidential space to critically reflect on your professional practice. Independent from your workplace, it is a space to discuss where the boundaries of your practice are tested and explore options and solutions.
What's the purpose?
Professional supervision supports you as a reflexive practitioner or leader. It focuses on your practice, and the impact you have on your clients, people or teams. The purpose of supervision is frequently framed as being normative, formative and restorative - it can help you grow and develop, understand relationships and system dynamics, and provide an opportunity to restore and decompress.
Who is it for?
We provide supervision to leaders, coaches and coach supervisors, one to one and in groups. Working with a range of associates, we can also provide clinical supervision, including Balint-type groups.
What will be the impact?
The benefits of supervision include enhanced accountability, increased feeling of support, development of professional skills and improved efficiency. Supervision is also associated with decreased feelings of isolation and role ambiguity.
What will happen?
For individuals: We would schedule an initial call to connect and explore what you want from supervision. If that connection feels right, together we design a programme that fits your needs.
Typically, clients schedule regular sessions every 4-6 weeks to support their practice. Sessions can be delivered for individuals one-one or as a group.
For organisations: We would discuss your needs and structure a bespoke plan that best supports your staff and budget!
