Our business continuity plans for the following risks are:

Loss of staffing/sickness

Risk Low - We have a wide pool of associate coaches who can be onboarded immediately to mitigate any loss of the team through sickness or other causes if needed. Where coach/supervisor absence occurs during delivery of a series of coaching sessions, the client will be notified and a plan agreed – either to reschedule to a date when the coach/supervisor returns, or to replace the coach/supervisor with another from our associate pool. 

 

Major incidents or communication failure

Risk Low – In the event of a failure in communication we would contact the client and establish alternative means of communication in the interim. We will provide secondary points of contact in case any communication failure arose.

 

Disaster recovery plans for problems with premises, IT or other incidents

Risk Low – We have access to alternative office locations should any issue arise with our premises or IT, and can relocate to carry out an online session immediately. For incidents impacting face-to-face sessions the session would be rescheduled to an alternative date.

 

Pandemic

Risk Low - We are experienced in delivering services throughout a pandemic, the main response being to move face-to-face session online. As this is already part of the service provision, and we maintain that flexibility.
