The type of personal information we collect
We collect, store and use the following information:

Personal contact details such as name, title, organisation (your employer) addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses

Data you provide as part of the coaching assignment including assessment results, 360 feedback information and individual development plans

Personal information relating to coaching programmes or individual sessions, such as context for the coaching, topics discussed at sessions, summary of outcomes, feedback
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

As part of a coaching programme, assignment, contract or session to understand your needs and provide you the services you require

When we are establishing a business relationship or performing professional services through a contract
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

As part of a coaching programme we may be provided with coachee contact details indirectly, in order to make direct contact with coachees as part of a coaching assignment

For the purposes of producing reports or evaluations as part of a contracted service to you
We use the information that you have given us in order to undertake the professional services we provide.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your express, written permission or are required by law to do so.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored. We store personal data on servers located in the European Economic Area (EEA). We may transfer personal data to third party organisations situated inside or outside the EEA when we have a business reason to engage these organisations. Each organisation is required to safeguard personal data in accordance with our contractual obligations and data protection legislation.

We retain personal data to provide our services, stay in contact with you and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and professional obligations that we are subject to. Unless a different time frame applies as a result of business need or specific legal, regulatory or contractual requirements, where we retain personal data in accordance with these uses, we retain personal data for seven years after the end of our contact with you. We will dispose of personal data in a secure manner when we no longer need it.
